Our partners and funders
How we are able to carry out our work for our community.
We are grateful to receive support from a number of organisations who provide us with funding and resources for our varied activities.
We are increasingly working closely with our partners in the Healthy Living Consortium: Knowle West Health Park and Southmead Development Trust. We are developing interesting ways of working together, with different organisations taking the lead for diverse pieces of work.
Wellspring are leading on the Community Access Support Service contract and Knowle West Health Park are leading on the outreach NHS Health Check programme.
We are developing close links with GP practices across the City and hope to develop further collaborations. If you would like to find out more about the Healthy Living Consortium please contact email@example.com
