Whether you are a first time runner or have tried it in the past, these supportive groups will help you achieve your goal.
From improving your health and fitness to training for a half or full marathon, we provide the coaching and motivation to get you on the road to success.
£3 per session
Beginners Sessions: Mondays at 7pm (sessions last an hour). For those who want to start running
Intermediates Sessions: Wednesdays at 7pm (sessions last an hour). For those who can run continuously for 15 minutes without stopping.
