All year round social groups.
These groups give participants an opportunity to make new friends, learn new skills and generally have a good time.
- Enjoy the company of peers
- Relax and have fun on trips and activities
- Share experiences and learn new skills
We have separate social groups for men and women that are open for anyone to join. There is no rigid structure to our groups as we believe that they should be places to relax where participants can be themselves whilst benefiting from the company of others.
This group is an opportunity for men to meet up and get support from one other. It is a peer support group and any man is welcome to come along. Refreshments are provided.
We do a range of activities ranging from cooking, trips out, various games, films and all round general support and chit chat.
