We are keeping information about our activities on our website so that you can see what we can offer you when the country returns to normality. We look forward to welcoming you back. In the meantime, we will be leading on community support activities from our Settlement Site at Ducie Road, working with partners. This is work in development and we will keep you updated as it becomes clearer.
A 60-minute class that combines yoga and Pilates meditation and mind-body techniques, with heart-pumping and core-strengthening moves inspired by belly-dance, Bollywood and African dance. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness; with varying intensity levels so you can pick which is best for your needs. It is perfect if you are looking to improve your stamina, wellbeing and core strength in a friendly, positive and supportive environment.
Exclusions: pregnant or 3 months post-partum; serious injuries or recent MSK surgery; over 70 years old.
Mondays – Women Only: 9:30am – 10:30am followed by refreshments (Creche facilities available)
Wednesdays – All Welcome: 6:45pm – 8:00pm (No creche)
Location: Wellspring Healthy Living Centre in the large room upstairs – This is a private room with blinds
