Gentle Exercise – Women Only

A 60-minute chair-based class that incorporates various gentle exercises aimed at challenging and improving mobility, strength, balance, coordination, posture and even memory. The different exercises are adapted to suit your needs and your level, and you will learn about how to incorporate these movements into your day to day lives. Perfect if you have limited mobility, are new to exercise or are recovering from injury or illness.
We have one group that is open to all, and another that is a women only group, however both are followed by refreshments which is a great opportunity to meet new friends, socialise and improve your wellbeing.
WOMEN ONLY: Wednesdays 12:15pm – 1:15pm – This is a new class starting 16th May 2018
OPEN TO ALL: Tuesdays 2:00pm – 3:30pm
Location: Wellspring Healthy Living Centre in the large room upstairs – This is a private room with blinds
Cost: £1 per session
