This is a gentle conditioning class for your whole body. Come along and try out a range of different exercises to get your heart pumping and to help strengthen and tone your tummy, back, legs, arms…you name it! It is a fun, friendly and supportive class designed as a circuit so you can focus on yourself and get the right support for your needs. This class includes a combination of strength and aerobic exercises to help with weight loss, back or joint pain, and to improve your overall health. The class then ends with gentle stretches, tai chi moves and relaxation.
Is this for me? This class is aimed at those who are new to exercise or those who have an illness or injury. It is run by an exercise referral instructor who specialises in adapting exercises to suit various health conditions.
Mondays 6:30pm-7:30pm (followed by a chat and a cuppa afterwards if you fancy it)
Location: Wellspring Healthy Living Centre in the large room on the first floor
Cost: £2 per session
