Unlock tension and relieve stress while building core strength and flexibility with a this weekly Yoga class. This class combines breath and flowing movements to cleanse and recharge the body while providing an energizing opportunity to re-connect within. Emphasis is on breathing and healthy pose alignment with a mindful focus.
